Provencal house with pool and garden in the Aix countryside

  • Our house is located in the heart of the Aix countryside, 2 km from the village of Eguilles, 10 km from the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from the TGV station. Quiet and wooded, practical and functional, simple and sober, 5 bedrooms, 1 office, 3 bathrooms, large fenced garden, 10x5m secure swimming pool, all facilities.
    The house consists of a ground floor on one level and a bedroom upstairs.

    On the ground floor, you will enjoy a fitted and equipped kitchen that opens onto the terrace and the garden, as well as a bright and comfortable double living room opening onto a large south-facing terrace. A corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, an office and 1 bathroom, as well as a secluded master suite with its French window opening onto the south-facing terrace and with its own bathroom.

    Upstairs, you will find a large games room well stocked with games and books as well as a bedroom with a double bed and shower room.

    The L-shaped terrace runs along the house on two sides and offers several places for meals to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day. Fully equipped garden and swimming pool, deckchairs, trampoline, table tennis, plancha...

    Multiple walks, hikes and cultural and culinary excursions: Montagne Sainte-Victoire, creeks, Baux-de-Provence (quarries of light), beaches, Luberon massif, vineyards... Marseille 30 min.

    The house is rented by the week and a discount will be made for a 15-day rental.
