A bit far… nothing around, no restaurant, no shopping there menu is very limited and a bit expensive. 30 min drive from marseille and 30 min from airport. Overall very comfortable, clean and pleasant overworked staff.

Good deal but clearly not a four star hotel.

Staff is really nice and price of room is attractive. There is a Sauna, a gym, a tennis court and a pool. Shampoo is Nuxe branded. Beds are confortable. That are the good points of this hotel. But it clearly doesn’t deserve 4 stars. Flooring in rooms is old and should be changed. Maintenance of trees and lawn outside is really poor ( lawn cut with brush cutters…) Flooring around the pool should be changed ( broken tiles, old fashioned) Pool maintenance is not state of the art too. Funny point: lots of communication is made about environment but there is a water leaking close to the pool and nobody cares. The spa maintenance is not good too ( lights and hourglass broken in the Sauna). The flooring in the spa is very slippery and showers were not cleaned correctly. The worst point is the price of the food : dishes look like the ones you get in a restaurant for truck drivers and are totally over priced! The same for drinks. (5,5€ for a Fuse Tea) Don’t misunderstand this review, it is a good hotel but it could be so much better with small investments and better maintenance. This restaurant is a good deal if you are looking for an hotel with a pool for a short stay and if you don’t eat there.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, clean big room, comfortable bed, very nice cold A/C. Easy parking, nice decently sized pool. A big Lidl, McDonald’s and some other stores and gas station 5 min drive away. One of my favourite hotels on our trip trough Europe

Worn down

State of room and hotel appeared very dated and worn down. No consistency in room cleaning. Lack of all amenities (4 star hotel!!). Most of the equipment in gym was broken and filthy. Children everywhere uncontrolled (in gym etc).

The hotel is just off a busy roundabout well outside the village of Fuveau. The local amenities, such as restaurants, are not within walking distance. That was a disappointment as much more could have been made of the facilities and the hotel restaurant. The reception and room were spacious and full of light. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and the room air conditioned. There were patio doors to the outside space and table, stool and chair where we could have sat just outside. There is a large swimming pool which apoeared very underused during our stay there, also a sauna and a gym which were also always empty when I popped in. I found the bar and the restaurant a bit bland. There was rarely anyone in the bar and the restaurant reminded me of a cafeteria. Breakfast was fine and plentiful but I really didnt enjoy the one evening meal I ate there. I had ordered some fish and seasonal vegetables. The fish on the menu was unavailable and was replaced by sea bass. What appeared on the plate looked as if it had been overcooked in a microwave. The skin was slimy and sticky and the flesh was hard around the edges and overdone. The seasonal vegetables were an unidentifiable grey mess on the plate. I've no idea what the vegetables were. Needless to say, we drove to a restaurant to eat the following evening. I was disappointed as the hotel restaurant was expensive. However, even with the drawbacks, the room itself was good value for money.
