Double charged and doesn’t pay back

Although the hotel was alright I have to give a bad review unfortunately as a warning for other travelers. We had pre-paid at hotels.com before arrival but when checking out they insisted that we paid again and promised that the payment was to be made with them (the hotels.com reserved money would not be charged they said) which turned out to not be true. Customer support at hotels.com have been in touch with the hotel several times but no reimbursement at all many many weeks later. Cannot recommend this hotel as they are ripping their guests off and not assisting in paying back our money.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit mais un dimanche soir aucun restaurant ouvert dans le centre ville. Gare à proximité. Chambre propre avec climatisation. Accueil chaleureux.

Hôtel vieillissant mais agréable et propre. Les nouveaux propriétaires sont très accueillants l'hôtel est bien situé et les tarifs très corrects. Petit déjeuner correct aussi. Je recommande.

Un hôtel plein de charme et très confortable !J'ai adoré l'accueil simple et chaleureux. L'établissement est très bien décoré. Un petit déjeuner copieux et varié avec des produits disponibles à la vente pour les gourmands qui souhaitent ramener un souvenir qui ranimera les meilleurs souvenirs par les papilles. Il manque juste un parking. Mais après tout, il y en a un pas si loin.
