We stayed 3 nights in this reasonably nice hotel. The room was large and modern but sparsely furnished. The handicap access bathroom was poorly laid out - only 1 mini support bar on one wall to assist in the shower and the toilet. Water floods the bathroom from the shower stall which relies on a ...
We picked the hotel for its proximity to the University and city centre on a visit to our granddaughter. We enjoyed the city with its mix of old, narrow streets and central wide boulevards, the markets, cafes and parks. The local buses were very reasonable for a trip out into the countryside.
This is a great location if you want to be close to Aix and not deal with the congestion and noise of being right in town. It is a short drive into town and also very well located to motorways if you plan to do some driving in the region. There is plenty of parking and easy access. I stayed in a ...
We found everything superb in this hotel, my daughters and me absolutely loved it! The staff was amazing. The concierges Baptiste and Romaine were our right hand during our stay and made us feel special from the beginning up to the end of our visit to Aix en Provence. The hotel was nicely decorated, ...

The rooms were clean, and the mini-bar had a lot of complementary items, more so than it most places. When my parents had a technical problem ...

All the hotel staff were welcoming and very friendly. The hotel bar was fun and there was great music two of the ...
The Novotel is in terms of Aix en Provence well priced. It is not close to anything, and most suited for business travellers. However, the rooms are quite tired.
The hotel is quite nice. Good room size. Nice amenities. Bed was not too big. But ok. The kitchenette was well equipped with enough plates and cutlery. Definitely a Three Star. Great value for money.
This hotel has really helpful staff. We were able to do our laundry in the hotel laundromat instead of having to go to a local one. It was so much easier doing it at the hotel.
everything about the hotel and staff were exactly as I'd imagined and hoped for. beautiful, quiet location. friendly staff. my stay was really enjoyable!
