"A comfortable hotel very close to Southern Cross Station. Breakfast and dinner were available. Elevator available as many levels to this hotel. Friendly and engaging staff. Room was very clean and a comfortable bed, bathroom clean and plentiful hot water."

"Our stay was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our suitcase lock broke and they sent up the hotel engineer to help us out. The restaurant staff were amazing and even brought out my wife a birthday pancake with a candle at breakfast. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again next time we go it’s so close to shopping, restaurants and Marvel Stadium for the footy. "
