The staff were extremely polite and helpful during our stay. The room is fantastic, clean, modern, all the amenities needed. The staff were reachable over WhatsApp which was helpful for any requests needed. As other comments state, the property is located on a steep hill. Short walk into town, but takes a little longer going back. It had absolutely everything we needed. The outdoor terrace was a lovely place to sit and eat and overlook the bay. The pool was lovely, though very warm in January :-) Beating bedrooms and bathrooms. Car park space provided too. The ladies at reception were very friendly also.
