Friendly management and central location

Only stayed for one night but would recommend this apartment hotel for anyone who wants a friendly place in a central location in the middle of Airlie Beach. Incredibly service minded management and comfortable rooms.

Stayed for one night and will definitely be back. Great location at the end of the Main Street. Balcony with table and chairs with with views of the marina and water. Short walk to the restaurants and bars.

The place to be

The accomodation was great. Close to all the places that you want to go. The management were very helpful with the smallest of queries. Next time at Airlie Beach we will be back.

Great location. The place has just been renovated, new from top to bottom. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The owner/manager was super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

Although an older property than I was expecting from the photos, I was not expecting a shower recess filled with mould and goodness knows what grottiness on the floor. Bedrooms were fine apart from small blanket under pillows in the cupboard that did not look clean. Glad I had my own pillow and blanket with me. Dining table had a gross film of I dont know what and I did not use it. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. I did not wash up my plates. Hopefully the cleaner did. i had dinner delivered. Microwave had leftover food in it from previous occupants.I felt unsafe. It was not possible to lock the unit as the window locks were non existent on both the front room balcony and the back bedroom near the main door. I cannot recommend this stay to anyone. I still shudder just thinking about the state of the shower.

Lady looking after the apartment was rude on every occasion!!! Apartment door lock was so flimsy and felt very unsafe for 2 women. No internet, no ironing board, kitchen utensils minimal, flattest pillows ever, constant dripping noise in bathroom but couldn't find where it was coming from, shower head came off during shower! Location fantastic but that's it.

It is what it is for the price. Honest basic accommodations. Location is great. Walking distance to all Airlie has to offer. Some ground floor rooms have gates directly to the pool which is great especially when staying with kids. Down side to ground floor rooms is that you can hear every sound from upstairs. On-site parking is a great bonus given there is no street parking in that area. Even though it is located right on the main road and roundabout, once inside you cannot hear anything from outside. Staff are really friendly and helpful too. Nice folk.

Do not stay here, sheets covered in mould, 1 fire alarm removed and the other in the main bedroom was covered in plastic wrap, shower was filthy and the floors had not been cleaned from previous tenant. Mirrors were covered in hand prints too. Check in services were non existent. We spent 10mins there before checking out and leaving due to the mould. Would not recommend.
