About this property

Farmhouse on 24 acres near downtown Aiken and Stable View

  • This charming farmhouse is newly renovated with great appliances, furniture and bedding. It has a large front porch with rocking chairs for relaxing. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. It is located on 24 acres of natural walking/riding trails. Stable View is just 4 miles away. It is just a short drive to Hitchcock Woods to take a scenic stroll or visit the historical Willcox for dinner and cocktails. Aiken’s charming downtown is only 5 miles away with lots of shopping, bars, and restaurants.

    We currently offer 6 stalls for an additional fee upon request. Paddocks are under development.
