In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 7 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Haus im Ennstal" 6.5 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, bathing lake "Aich" 7.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, mountain railway 7 km, ski lift 7 km, ski rental 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 7 km.

Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Wooden floors, parquet floors. Box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot.
