"We wanted this location and room for the view, nearby sights, and kitchen. The hotel was all that and more. Our room mapped to the photos and description perfectly. The kitchen was functional for light in-room meals. The reception was very helpful. I certainly recommend this hotel!"

"My wife wrote this review as she loved the place so much. But I share her enthusiasm: The staff was really good, it felt like coming home to grandma’s house, as it is true to its name: Grandma’s house, where you are treated with kindness and love. The place has a family feeling. You can see the photos of the family in the main reception area. Maria and Javiera greeted us with warmth and explained the history of the house. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. As they only serve breakfast at Hare Nua, Maria recommended places to eat on the island and her recommendations did not disappoint. Oh! Talking about breakfast, it was amazing! Different food & fresh juices everyday. It was so perfect that it was the highlight of my day. The room was spacious and there was a balcony to sit outside. There is also a mezzanine lounge area where my husband and I could spend some time relaxing with a book. There is a lovely garden as well with a pool & jacuzzi. All in all it was a lovely hotel and if it was not so far away for us it would be our place to stay regularly!! We also booked an excursion with them and it was one of the best excursions we have had in our travels - the knowledgeable & engaging guide Vai clearly loves her island and has many stories about its people. If you are looking for a great place to stay while visiting this lovely island we highly recommend the Hare Nua. See pictures of bananas growing in the garden, the sea-view from our balcony & moái-shaped butter!"

"The cabana was clean, beds/pillows comfortable and being able to hear the surf from the cabana was a huge plus! The adjacent kitchen is also very nice (clean, fully stocked with cooking essentials) and quite convenient. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating when I showed up for what was, for them, an unexpected last minute check-in. I had an unusual situation and they were kind enough to help ensure I had a safe place to spend my time on Rapa Nui. I could not be more grateful for their generous hospitality!! I highly recommend this inn to anyone traveling to Hanga Roa - solo, couple or family. The location is great - close to town yet just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. A five minute walk down the road and your at the coastline to watch/listen to the surf, see wild horses grazing and view moai without the need for a guide. This place is absolutely perfect!"

"Wonderful cabin with a beautiful view! Management was very helpful in arranging transportation from/to the airport as well as contracting a guide for access to the cultural sites on the island. The location is easily walkable to the Ahu Tahai to watch the sun set in the evening. Walking to the commercial center is manageable as well."

"Hotel Teanehi is a wonderful hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff was extremely helpful and prompt when we had any questions or needed anything. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and filling. If you want a peaceful, quiet, and laid back hotel environment, I highly recommend Hotel Teanehi."

"rente a ultima hora, me cambie de alojamiento. fue lo mejor Pumakari. lugar limpio, cocina equipada y se podía usar, tenia refrigerador, cocina, losa, etc. me llevaron de vuelta al aeropuerto, muy amables. Siempre responden a las consultas que uno tiene y me ayudaron a buscar los tour. muchas gracias "
