Just the one off person at reception who seemed disinterested. Had an issue with WiFi and needed to chase a few times to resolve. Managers are good when a request is raised with them. The rooms look tired and need upgrading including bed linen and bathroom furniture. Overall I did enjoy my stay as the service and environment is good. This time I chose Ramada as it has a good reputation in hotel business and I was expecting little more from it. I recently got married and We checked in on the day of our wedding reception. Me and ny wife we both had to get our clothes ironed and when we called the reception, the reply that we ot was they dont have any laundry guy available and they cant do it. If it was any 2 star restaurant then i would have accepted that. But after paying so much for 4 star restaurant, i expect little more. Also, they should have extra elevators or atleast waiting area or sofa near elevators because we had to wait so long for the elevators to come to our floor.
