I absolutely loved this property and the Amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great spa, laundry and room services. The pool on rooftop with 360 view was beautiful.

Samuel was the best service staff we have ever had. He made an effort to learn English words with us while also teaching us Spanish. He definitely made the trip even better. As for the island, it was incredible. The boat ride there and back was 1000x better than a day trip boat I took a day prior with another company. It’s breezy at night on the island which helps keeps the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights to be able to fully enjoy the island :)

I absolutely loved my stay at Privado Boutique! The hotel is incredibly chic, modern, and beautifully designed. The rooms are gorgeous, spotless, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience special was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect, with fantastic fine dining and several historic sites just a short walk away. I highly recommend Privado Boutique to anyone visiting Cartagena and would definitely stay there again!
