Muy mal horrible , llegue y no me respetaron mi reservación , solo cobraron y tuve que irme a buscar otro hotel en la madrugada !!! El hotel afirmaba que no tenía cuartos disponibles y no aparecía en el sistema, aunque yo les mostré la confirmación !! Muy mal establecimiento !!!

Old hotel, poorly maintained. No bulbs in the lamps, air cond leaked condensate onto the floor. No hot water. Bed sheets were super poor quality. One bottle of water for two people. Not a pleasant experience

Bien pero se puede mejorar!!

Ubicación perfecta! Sin ruido a pesar de la cercanía con "la fiesta". La atención muy bien, sin embargo, los invito a mejorar las instalaciones, me da la impresión de que las habitaciones que vimos no concuerdan con lo que te transmite la fachada y el lobby. Muchas gracias al personal que siempre fue muy amable y estuvo atendiendo a nuestros comentarios.

Bañarse sin Agua Caliente?

El detalle de la falta de Agua Caliente por las mañanas es muy importante, el sistema de paneles solares en días nublados deja mucho que desear y es algo que decidirá mi si en un futuro quiero regresar a ese hotel o no. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Ojo con los detalles

La taza de baño no funcionaba bien y sin jabón en la regadera así como papel de baño normalmente hay uno de repuesto pero aquí había que pedirlo a recepcion,salvo esos detalles todo bien

Excelente servicio

El servicio del personal es excelente, incluso merece un reconocimiento una trabajadora de ahí llamada Martha. El problema es que no sale el agua caliente, tiene uno que llamar a recepción.
