Pros: Room is very spacious and clean. Common areas also nice and generally I enjoyed a quiet atmosphere. Staff is nice, food is good. Cons: They did not honor the complementary airport transfer that is announced on line, they arranged a private taxi that charged me 20 US Dollars (for a 4 minute ride). The quality of bed linens and towels is not great, they should improve them. The one day I used the pool, which is big and pretty, the water was not clean.

On my last night, I was locked out and couldn't open the outside door to enter the hotel. I tried to contact the hotel using the phone number provided on Expedia, but it wasn't updated. As a result, I had to stay at a friend's house for the night.
