It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be approximately 800 meters (half a mile) from the center of Agropoli. You will find the closest restaurant at 30 meters (100 feet), shops a few meters (feet) away, the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet). Casa Pesca A is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building along a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. You will not need a car to stay at Casa Pesca A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you (availability is limited; if you think you will need parking please inquire before placing your reservation). From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. Living Room The living room is paved with characteristic tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bedroom You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The location is ideal, just a few steps from the beach but still not on the busy beach road. The owners, Michele and his brother, were very helpful and friendly. The booking process and your service have been excellent. Would book through you again if we come to Italy in the future.
