### Relaxed spacious apartment with garden view and free WiFi

Despina Apartment was recently renovated (2020) and provides two bedrooms with large beds, air conditioning, large kitchen, fast WiFi and a garden. It is quite convenient, relaxed and spacious with a garden view. There is also a solar panel for hot water.  
  
The apartment is located in an area ideal for those who do not want to use a car on vacation. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the house, and there are itineraries in Heraklion (port) and Rethimno (port), The parking lot is outside the building at a distance of 30 meters. The apartment has a garden that guests have access to.

Stefano nous a accueilli comme des princes: jus et corbeille de fruits...Logement impeccable, très bien equipé, correspondant à l'annonce. Juste attention, il est noté qu'il y a une piscine. Or, il n'y en a pas. Mais cela n'a pas manqué, la mer se trouvant à 10-15 minutes à pied du logement. Merci encore Stefano!
