The Property:

Metatulia Villa 6 is a detached villa arranged over two floors, featuring 3 bedrooms and comfortably accommodating families and groups looking for space, privacy and a relaxing holiday atmosphere.

On the ground floor, there is a bright open-plan living area combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge with a Smart TV.Also on this level is the first bedroom, furnished with two single beds, as well as a separate shower and WC.



The upper floor features two additional bedrooms, both furnished with double beds. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, while a second separate bathroom is also available on this floor, providing additional comfort and convenience for larger families or groups.



From the upper floor, guests have access to a beautiful private veranda with a comfortable outdoor seating area and a private jacuzzi. It is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take in the wonderful views of the Cretan landscape.
