### Villa Praxia i

The story of the villa is built on a small hill and includes two separate residences.   
The villa has a spacious living room, children's room, office, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have comfortable double or single beds and accommodates up to 8 people (6 adults - 2 children).  
All electrical equipment is brand new and high tech.  
The villa is protected by surveillance cameras and alarm system.  
Outside, there is ample space for parking, the pool and a barbeque stove with dining area.  
The villa is the newest in the area.  
The view towards the bay of Mirabello is overwhelming.  
The distance from the sea is 350m. The distance from the town of Agios Nikolaos is only 9 km - 9 min.  
There are many Greek traditional tavernas nearby, a pharmacy, a gas station and coffee shops. In the large outdoor area of ​​the villa, there is place for basketball.  
Also, the pool is equipped with sunbeds to enoy sunbathing. In the gardens around the villa, you can find the fresh Cretan vegedables we grow (cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, watermelons, melons, etc) and our goats, rabbits and chickens!  
In this way, we provide luxurious holidays combined with the magnificence of the simplicity of life, thus getting to know the land, the mentality of the locals and the life in a traditional Cretan village!  
  
The village of Crete where located the villa:  
Kalo Chorio is a seaside village, with beaches and is one of the town settlements of the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos.  
It consists of the settlements of Kalo Chorio, Pyrgos, Istron, Fortia.  
It is located near the ancient city of Istrona and is a destination with history and culture.  
  
During your holidays in our villa, we provide you with all the information about the attractions of our area and we are at your disposal to help you organize nice excursions in Crete by land or sea or for any event you want to organize in the villas.
