The external high ratings that I had taken into consideration when selecting the property could not possibly have been from real clients. The staircase and halls were smelled of cigarettes and elevator was not operational when we were there. The property has a boarding house / office building feel.I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. I didn't complain the night of our stay because there was nothing that could have been immediately done." They treated us so well, they made sure we were comfortable and treated my 90 year old father with such kindness.
