We stayed in the Venetian room and it had everything that we needed for a four nights stay. Breakfast on the terrace above was a treat and very tasteful with splendid views of the harbour. "It was a nice hotel but its not five star inside the rooms. We had a pool suite and the bathroom especially had seen better days. The room felt very sterile no soft furnishings, pictures or plants to soften the large tiled areas. There wasn't anything about the suite that made it feel special to be honest. We were right on the end room 426 and the pool and terrace really didn't get any sun after 10am but that was luck of the draw. The cleaner walked in every day regardless of the do not disturb light and if you weren't ready for her she never came back. We had unmade beds etc most days most annoying. The rest of the hotel was lovely, very clean and the food in the a la carte restaurants was very nice. You have to book them for dinner so get ahead of the game as soon as you download the app or you miss out. The best tip I can give you is take care of the barman every now and again in the main bar in the lobby with a good tip and you never need to queue for your drink again!"

"A pretty, brightly coloured set of studios with various outdoor sitting spots in a great location just behind Symi Harbour. Our bed was on a low mezzanine & was itself very low which didn't bother me but my husband wasn't too happy about. There are a couple of sets of stairs to get to the top studios, so if accessibility is an issue, get one on the ground floor. There is no reception, but check-in instructions The room was clean & serviced everyda. There is no reception but chevk-in instructions were received in a timely manner."
