All previous comments about conditions of hotel are about to be right. But I want to add that the staff was was extremely helpful and nice. Specially for a single mom and teen daughter. We bout felt very safe there. More than in any country we visit before. The entertainment team at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. They worked from morning until midnight with endless energy, smiles, and dedication, making sure every guest felt involved and happy. Their positivity created an amazing atmosphere every day. They made every day fun, unforgettable, and full of good chaos. Special thanks to Willy, Rico and Hetchi.

The staff cleaning were great food not so good limited choices seems like heated up left over food drink is so bad it is like drinking water from the tap if you are single or solo traveler i wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel. It was so boring and out dated hotel never again

Great stay and so cheap!

We’ve been in Djerba for only 5 days and we booked up at last minute. Food was amazing, excellent variety at the buffet, mainly traditional Tunisian food. The all inclusive included only soft drinks but with a little extra $ you could have local alcoholic beverages but honestly didn’t worth it! (Tap beer and strong liquor are not good) You end up paying to get bottled beer. Nice bar service at the pool close to the beach. General cleanest is excellent at the room, bathroom room and buffet. With less then 20 dinars you can go everywhere on the island. Would definitely go back to Mouradi Djerba!

El Mouradi Djerba is a nice hotel, with a lot of pools and next to the see. amazing staff. Food can be better organised, water was not cold or empty. Food in El Mouradi Hammamet was perfect!!!! Maybe talk with the sister hotel to improve the food department.

Aside from the entertainment staff who were awesome , the rest were either rude or not attentive. Food was poor , same everytime and ran of food often. Meal times were race for the fittest . In multiple occasions , i took the family to dine out instead of going through the madness of the Buffet. Maybe I expected more but this one really disappointed

Do not confuse 4* Tunisian with 4* UK or you will be bitterly disappointed. On arrival we were given a room in the hotel when I had booked a bungalow and had to go back to reception to ask to be moved to a bungalow. The hotel, bungalows and grounds badly need updating and the mattresses very firm leading to aching joints. Food not hot and very repetitive, drinks very limited and entertainment poor although this may be because it's low season. Staff ok but think they prefer the German and french guests who massively outnumbered us.

When I arrived, they tried to deceive me and give me a Bungalow, even though my reservation was a superior room. Then, there was negligence from the staff, as they poured kerosene on the floor, which caused me to slip and sustain serious injuries. Despite that, they did not pay any attention to the matter and did not provide any medical assistance.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Es war wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir hatten ganz viel Spaß. Besonders möchten wir den Kellnern Mohammed und dem Team danken, die hier jeden Tag einen guten Job gemacht haben. Auch den Kellnern von der Bar Salem und dem Team möchten wir vielen Dank sagen. Ihr seid super. Dann den Köchinnen und Köche ohne euch wäre nichts auf dem Tisch gewesen. Der Rezeption danken wir von Herzen immer auf Zack und absolut hilfsbereit. Dem Animationsteam danken wir von ganzem Herzen und ganz besonders Noura die gute Seele auch Fratello, Pablo, Atlas, Hedgy Rico,Rio, Shakri und alle anderen des Animationsteams danken wir von ganzem Herzen sowie unserer lieben Cleaning Room Frau Halifa ohne sie wäre das Zimmer nicht sauber gewesen. Alle Mitarbeiter des El Mouradi machen einen supertollen Job. Wir kommen auch ein drittes Mal sehr gerne wieder. Die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Danke für alles.

Le pire séjour de toute ma vie . Le pire hôtel qui puisse exister. Hôtel à fuire ne perdez pas votre argent. Le personnel est incompétent. Il y a eut des bagarres, insultes et des heures d'attente à l'accueil pour avoir une chambre. Des files interminables aux restaurants. La nourriture n'est pas bonne. L'état des chambres est déplorable. J'ai voulu fuir dès la 1ère heure. Il n'y a absolument rien de positif dans cet hôtel. Tous les clients sont dessus.
