"Everything mentioned in the booking was not the accommodation that was presented. Such as AC and TV. The front desk claims that the pics were taken from a new built building but not updated to current booking. I was staying at an older building in the back of the complex. Very upsetting. Front desk isn’t always attended, nor is the communication given by them. "
