  • Charmante maison cosy en duplex au Cap d'Agde, décorée avec goût et entièrement équipée. Idéalement située en face du Centre International de Tennis, entre le centre-port et le village naturiste, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, à proximité des plages (à moins de 3 km) et des commerces.



    La maison de 50 m² peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes et dispose de deux chambres avec lit double, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée (plaques, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine à expresso) et d'un salon climatisé avec télévision. Le WiFi est disponible et un ventilateur est également à disposition pour les journées les plus chaudes.



    À l'extérieur, profitez d'une terrasse privative sans vis-à-vis avec mobilier de jardin, d'un barbecue et surtout d'un jacuzzi privatif (disponible d'avril à septembre), le vrai plus de la maison. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé.



    Une place de parking gratuite se trouve sur place, avec stationnement gratuit également dans la rue. L'arrivée est autonome grâce à une boîte à clés sécurisée, et votre hôte reste joignable à tout moment pendant le séjour.



    Les voyageurs ont accès à l'intégralité du logement. Lave-linge privatif, fer et planche à repasser à disposition. Un animal de compagnie est accepté.
