Located on the 1st floor on 1\. accessible only by stairs. Private car park n°306 in the residence. It is composed of a completely renovated bathroom with a shower, a sink, a separate toilet, a lounge area communicating with an equipped kitchen (1 top fridge, 1 multifunctional microwave, 1 ceramic hob, 1 filter coffee maker, 1 Senseo coffee maker, 1 kettle). The room has a double bed in 140, the mezzanine contains a bed in 140 and a bed in 90. Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as the cleaning kit, duvets and pillows. The television is wall-mounted. French channels only. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week. Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary. Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets. For towels: 10€ per person.
