I would recommend and stay again, my only compliant is that the service near the pool could be allot better. It was hard to get towels most days and I waited 40 mins to be served lunch.

This is a really brilliant place to come and unwind, with faultless staff, amazing views, and well designed room (yay to not having key card slots). Everything is comfortable, the view perhaps the best in the region, and it is hard to leave. Mostly smoke free, even outside few people smoked, and you relax within moments of arrival. The location is stuck out the way, bigger water bottles, better toilet paper, balconies easier to open, and an outdoor hot tub would all be great additions, but this is miles ahead of most hotels in the region and makes the case that good hotels are better value than bad ones. Come for the views, stay for the service, and be grateful that whoever designed the hotel had stayed in them before.

The staff is amazing. It is not on the beach but I actually liked the vibe more than the other hyatt on the ocean. The pool food is terrible but the hotel buffet was great.

The rooms were clean, the the pool was lovely, the hotel itself was in very good condition and the staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant was not particularly good and the service was a little slow. The reception were very helpful and the concierge quick to respond to any requests. There is a lack of water on offer, only tiny bottles were provided, meaning it is possible to get very dehydrated. There is a lot of noise coming from the surrounding areas that unfortunately not a lot can be done about. The free roaming dogs are extremely load every night and their barking kept us up a lot!

The rooms are old, dirty and just not worth the price at all. We left the property prior to the end of our stay. I just couldn’t remain in the room. It was full of cobwebs and spiders - awful.

Great views over the bay, excellent breakfast, good lunch options, didn’t try dinner. We stayed at one of the villas on the golf course. The pool was a bit cold there, but we could also use the main hotel pool. The staff were all very polite and helpful. We didn’t realise that the Hyatt Place was not part of Hyatt Regency, so while you can walk there (all downhill) in 10 mins or take a shuttle, you can’t use their facilities such as the spa and swimming pool. They have a really nice restaurant KM17 on the beach and particularly nice for Sunday lunch

Stayed at the Hyat place over the weekend for my sisters birthday and we loved it. Wasn’t too happy about the room we was first given however as we spoke to the staff they managed to get us another room the next day with an outstanding view. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was very clean and safe. Eveything was explained detailed and if we had any questions they were happy to help. The view from the balcony on the third floor was amazing it was a beautiful view with the whole of the hotel garden. We would defo recommend and will tell family and friends to stay here. Such a beautiful and lovely experience we had with them thank you!!!

Nice hotel, good breakfast and dinner options. My only complaint is the shower issue. They need to find a better shower system. There’s no reason why I need to place 5 bath towels on the floor to ensure that the shower isn’t leaking out onto the floor.

Excellent hotel & fantastic experience of Morocco
The hotel is very well located on top of a hill. The views are amazing. Its clean and well maintained. The staff members were very helpful - esp mention to Badiaa and Hussein at the reception along with Ahmed in the waiting staff. The food and service was great. We enjoyed the pool area and the hill top bar immensely. One suggestion -an adults only pool area would be very welcome. Overall an excellent stay...highly recommend Agadir and Hyatt Place for a vacation. Special mention for a fantastic cab driver - Aziz who drove us around to the interior / non touristy areas for a feel of the authentic Morocco. Utterly helpful and trustworthy. We left with amazing memories.

A Miserable Experience at the Hyatt Place
Awful experience! Totally unprofessional staff…reception staff is a total disaster….it took us 5 hours to check no towels broken air conditioning…after numerous attempts to get things fixed they moved us in a new room..we have been begging for a quiet room they put us in front of the pool where a duo of singers were offering a miserable performance. My wife and I decided to leave first thing next morning..we preferred to leave 2 nights on the table and avoid further frustrations!

Really enjoyed our stay & would come back/recommend, however feel like it’s more a 4 start hotel rather than 5. Good things: . Free shuttle bus (every like 45 min) to/from the beach which has a small private area reserved for hotel guests . Free shuttle bus to Agadir town centre (however there’s only 2 departure times at the end of the day which isn’t very convenient) . Really nice pool and the whole outdoor area with a bar with an amazing beachfront view . View from the room was 10/10 (sea view), perfect sunset from the balcony . Very good breakfast with a lot of variety . Food from the poolside restaurant is also nice (we had a few different salads and they were very good) . Staff was nice Not so good things: . We had an issue in our room as there was a really bad smell coming from the shower drain (staff came and fixed it but seemed like old drain/pipes issue) . We ordered food whilst at the pool and asked to bill our room which the restaurant staff said it was not possible so we had to go all the way to our room just to grab money to pay there and then. It’s not the end of the world but it’s the type of situation that, for me, it doesn’t give this hotel 5 stars . We really wanted to get a massage done but they were absolutely fully booked on the duration of our stay. Understand we were only there for 2 days and it was the weekend but due to the size of the hotel they should have more staff at the spa. Also their English isn’t the best

Hyatt Place lives up to its name, our 3 days stay was amazing. The room was spacious, clean with an amazing view! Both the bed and couch were comfy. The breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh. The service was also great and we have nothing negative to report! Thanks for the unforgettable experience, we will definitely be back!

We have passed a weekend in this beautiful hotel, everything was amazing, the staff the food the service room... Special thanks to Adil who made us a nice tea. I liked that it was affordable compared to other hotels nearby, the hotel is not close to the beach, you have a shuttle that will take 10 mins to get to the beach. I did not like the breakfast and dinner buffet 😑

Nice hotel, highly recommended
Very nice hotel, good service, professional and nice team, I appreciated too much and will back there next time. Shuttle available to the beach (private beach of “sol house hotel” with seats and unbrellas, just take towels with you from hotel) it takes only 5 min. 20 min to marina agadir and shuttle is available too following the schedule. Food is very good either buffet restaurant or pool restaurant.

Pretty hotel in nice location. Pool was nice with shuttle bus service to local beach. Access cards were shut off a half hour prior to check out with unhelpful and rude reception staff which soured the end of our stay. Would not expect this of a 5* hotel.

The hotel was very nice and we would definitely consider coming back. Positives: > Thank you for having vegan and Daisy options - I have stayed in hotels all over Europe that have struggled with basics like Soya Milk but you guys had it out with the breakfast stuff. > All of the managers we spoke to were very helpful and considerate. > The free shuttle to Agadir was a great touch - especially given how expensive taxis to and from the hotel were. Negatives: > My main complaint was that some of the maintenance was not in keeping with a 5* hotel. There were loose tiles in the pool, a light had come loose and was floatin for two of the three days. The pool bathroom had not been cleaned for a while. > The room bathroom similarly was not well maintained. There was black mould around the shower which was disappointing for a 5* hotel.
