"I couldn't be happier with the stay. I came into town for the Garmin Marathon Series and knew I wanted to stay close to the event and this was not only close to the expo and starting point but close to the Durham Food Hall and Farmers Market. From Check-in to Check-out the property staff were so helpful. They made sure to help me figure out the check-in process which was a bit confusing and were receptive to any questions I had. The apartment itself was immaculate and felt like a luxury stay- honestly, pristine. They went the extra mile, providing a snack bag and a box with essentials in case I needed to use the dishwasher, sink, or washing machine. They also had coffee pods for the Keurig. If I needed any help with check-in the Landing hotline staff were very helpful and the wait time to speak with someone was less then 5 minutes. If this is what all landing properties are like, I will be using them again in other cities! Thanks for the great stay!"

"This is a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay. The only reason we gave it a 3/5 overall, is because they surge priced or the Duke Reunion window and it was quite expensive for what we received (ie. 2 nights for a double occupancy was $500/night and this is not a $500/night style hotel)."

"Sunny efficiency is in a grand home in a very cute Durham neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown and West Campus. Emily was super welcoming and very responsive! We had a great stay!"

"The place was clean and lovely. The interior was nice and the back deck was great. My only tiny issue was that it was a bit loud - it's rather close to a highway, but that did mean it was a great location to get lots of places easily! And it was nice to be able to walk to the bagel place and downtown Durham. My family also walked to a Bulls game. "
