Guest House with Pool, Tennis Court, and Wi-Fi

Set on 25 hectares of countryside in Affi, between Lake Garda, Valpolicella, and Verona, Cavallina Retreat is a charming guest house for those seeking peace, space, and nature without giving up comfort. The house is rented exclusively for up to 8 guests, perfect for families, groups of friends, and relaxing stays.



Spaces:

Spread over two floors: two spacious double bedrooms with private bathrooms (one with a king bed) and two living rooms, each with a sofa bed. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming services, heating, and portable fans. Please note, there is no air conditioning.



Pool house and kitchen:

A few steps from the main house, a separate 110 m² building features a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table under wooden beams, seating up to 14. The pool house and pool are shared with the resident family who live and work on the estate, offering an authentic experience.



Outdoors:

15-meter unheated outdoor pool, open May to October. Shared garden, outdoor dining area, barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven, outdoor shower, sun loungers, and large green areas among olive trees, small lakes, and woods. The tennis court is next to the guest house and can also be used for football and basketball.



For families:

Game room with ping pong and billiards, books and games for children, crib and high chair available free of charge.



Good to know:

4 parking spaces on the property; a wall socket for slow charging of electric cars is available. No pets allowed; smoking and parties are prohibited. No washing machine. Recycling is important to us: all instructions are provided on site.
