Stayed here for 4 nights. Wonderful stay. Very clean rooms and immaculate gardens. Food was great also.
The staff make this hotel. They really looked after us. Organised our tours and tried to teach us Cambodian!

The staffs on duty were attentive, friendly and hardworking, but the property was not properly staffed by management. For example, room service kitchen was not available for all 3 nights that we stayed there, given the location is far from the center of town, we had to go to next door property for dinner at one point.

We had a lovely stay at Saem Siemreap Hotel. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything that we needed. We would definitely be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Spatious room overlooking the courtyard. Comfortable bed. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Breakfast is abundant and varied. We had dinner twice at the on-site restaurant, but were disappointed in tge food quality and taste. The pool is refreshing and a good size.
