Luxurious one-room semi-ground floor apartment (semi ground floor, 2 steps below ground floor level) 28m2 in the best area and point in Aegina - Marathon, on the sea. The apartment is fully renovated, with kitchen, double bed dimensions 1.60 × 2.00, single built bed for 3rd person, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, wifi, netflix, door automation for password access. Walking access to beach restaurants, organized beaches.
