"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked. "Multiple miscommunication, no service. Hotel was empty and extremely was overpriced, they wanted to charge us extra for our friend who showed up to surprise us $140 euro after we paid $450 for our room, then after discussing with management they refunded us for that. Arrived to broken jacuzzi had to be fixed. The facility views are beautiful but not luxury for the price. No milk when asked. Most workers did not speak english. Alot of spider webs in our bathroom. "
