"For a Supposed 5 Star Hotel,found Rooms to be dated…needing a revamp.Minibar only filled with Water.No Alcohol or soft drinks(Fanta/Coke/Lemonade).And had to pay extra to use Safe in room…Also,had to fight to get Sunbed round the pool…people queuing at 7.30 to get best spot in sun as to many trees covering Pool area. Not really 5 Star expectation"

"The best hotel/resort we've stayed in. Staff we're not over friendly to beg for tips and while it was busy, not over crowded. The location is stunning, in the bay with multiple beaches. We're definitely coming back."

"It’s nice resort good location because you are little out of the crowd area but 10 min walking to it! Rooms are little outdated but specious. Liked that the beach is only 5 steps out. Huge buffets if you like that and premium drinks. Lots of activities! "

"Overall good but small. Also during my stay it was overcrowded and unable to find seats/beach beds by the pool or at the beach. Once when it was impossible to find one and when I managed to explain via google translator to staff they sent me to talk to reception. I was over it and decided to hang around the resort rather than go to experience another trouble. "

First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles.
