We picked this hotel because of the roof top view where you could enjoy your cocktail at night or breakfast (provided) in the morning. You just have to watch out when eating on the roof top as the yellow legged seagulls will snatch items from your plate in the blink of the eye. The room was nice and the bathroom was large. We never could maintain a constant temperature in the shower as on second it was scalding hot and the next cold. We also had an issue with the a/c not cooling. Other than that it is located right in the heart of sidewalk cafe's and tons of shopping. I would highly recommend Hotel Genio

Excellent hotel in a fantastic area. This hotel is located in a more quiet residential style neighbourhood rather than the busy city but is well within walking distance to the city centre and Vatican. Also close to major bus and metro routes making travel quick and easy across the city or further away. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The room size was great and it was peaceful. This is a very personal hotel and the staff make every effort to make you feel at home. The staff are very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Breakfast was great with a wide range of options and there is also food/drink available in their outdoor space. There is not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you to all at Apollo Boutique!
