"Room wasn’t cleaned the best, especially having small children. A huge pill was on the floor by one of the beds and when I scooted the nightstand over a couple of inches I found a facial razor and various other items. The pill I trashed but I left the rest. There were hairs in the shower and a huge hair in the fridge. We were given one washcloth, 3 hand towels and 3 body towels for a huge double bed suite. When it’s late and you’re trying to bathe small children with a hand towel it’s annoying. Also, after checking out I realized one of my sons prized possessions had been left behind and could not get anyone to answer the phone, I called 6 times and the phone just rang and rang but every time I came by during our stay there was always someone at the front desk so very frustrated to not get through to anyone. "

"The breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room needed to be upgraded.. it smelled extremely musty. The temperature was difficulty to maintain a comfortable level."

"This a very cute hotel with good parking. We had issues using the key card had to go back to the office to have them redone a couple of times. The young lady Charlie was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled good except when we checked the beds one of the beds appeared to have dirty sheets. I went back to the office and talked to the young lady and she was more than helpful was able to either offer me a new room or get me some fresh sheets I opted for the fresh sheets because our room was so nice and clean. It only took them about 10 minutes to get my sheets to me and all was good. Other things that I really liked about this hotel the pool was open late which was nice because you spend most of the day out at the beach it's nice to be able to come back and use the pool. I would also like to point out that there is a $100 deposit required to check in if you use a card you get it returned in a few days if you use cash you get returned that day when you check out. It's just nice to have that heads up before you get there about the deposit. They also have some really cool spots that you can take pictures. I really do recommend this place if you are on a budget and don't mind staying in the city. It is also located with lots of restaurants and gas stations around you."

"First, being charged to park in the hotel’s lot is extremely frustrating. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never had to pay for parking, so this policy was surprising and disappointing. When I asked the attendant about it, her response was abrupt and dismissive. She simply said it was “policy,” and when I expressed that I found it unreasonable, she replied, “Sir, you don’t have to stay here.” That kind of response is unprofessional and unhelpful, especially when addressing a paying guest. I even asked whether she would help arrange another hotel, but received no support. To make matters worse, I still have not received my deposit back. I was told it would be returned after the room inspection, which felt unnecessary and insinuating, as if I couldn’t be trusted to leave the room in good condition. Overall, this was a very negative experience driven largely by poor customer service. The interaction left me feeling disrespected, and it has ensured that I will not return. Ben West."

"The hotel was run down our room the carpet had several patches in it and it didn’t match! When I got in the shower there was soap paper left from the previous people. I was wondering about the sheets! I’m not sure they were changed! I got my stuff out of the car and used it. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. But the hotel needs updating!!"

"The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. The staff was great I have to make mention of the front desk staff, particularly Char and Steve they were helpful and welcoming. The coffee bar is a great idea. It would be nice if the hours for the shuttle were expanded. Overall I had a good stay and I would stay again and recommend it to a friend."
