"Clean rooms and great location "

"I travel to Orlando frequently on a budget & I have been searching for a good hotel in my price range. Although this hotel has one side running along the freeway, I was able to request a room that didn’t and it was quiet enough. The staff was friendly, accommodating & professional. The room had almost everything I needed & the staff was quick to provide what I was missing. The hotel is close to I-4, and 436, which is a street full of restaurants & businesses. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Orlando. "

"The room was clean and the front desk staff was nice, but there were a lot of random people just walking about the property that made me and my family felt uncomfortable. They waited for us to use our card key to get inside the property and just walked in after us. One of the elevator wasn’t working - the front desk told us to use it (down the hall through those doors to the right). Which another guest told us that elevator has been broken all week and not been fixed. We didn’t know there was a second elevator, but only to find out after I checked out (same day). We were on the third floor. I had bad knees and a bad hip and wasn’t going to climb 3 floors up everyday (booked for a week stay). The stairs were dirty and broken and falling apart. The overall front desk rep was nice but it felt like the property was falling apart and felt unsafe. "

"The towels had a bunch of stains and the whole was smelled like smoke and bed sheets was not properly cleaned even outside the hotel smell like straight smoke. Horrible I would not recommend "

"Breakfast is waffle-heavy, good scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, only small flavored yogurts, mediocre coffee, no gluten-free bread or pastries. On the morning I left, I skipped the free breakfast for one at Orlando airport. Snack area at the front desk had lots of cheap red wine."
