Sit back, relax, and enjoy a wide selection of British TV channels for your entertainment.

All of the comfortable bedrooms hold patio doors leading to exterior terraces, inviting natural light and cool breezes inside. The upper level terrace includes patio furniture and offers panoramic views across the resort, a perfect setting for evening meals or sunset drinks.

Step outside to the large pool terrace, where guests can embrace the tranquillity and soak up the sunshine on a sun lounger. At the heart of the terrace is the private heated pool perfect for a refreshing dip and relaxing pool-side with a good book or a cool drink. You can also enjoy alfresco dining with a BBQ, ideal for sunny evenings and spending quality time with your loved ones.

​As you can see in photos this villa is average standard and is not luxury, it’s not recommended for those seeking high quality accommodation. However, considering its location, distance to the coast, it has a private heated pool, size of the property and number of bedrooms – the accommodation is good value for money.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.

This accommodation is 700 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
