  • Independent villa with private swimming pool with superb sea view (facing La Gomera) and on the mountain, equipped American kitchen, living / dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom. Outside spacious terraces, one on the upper level with studio (one bedroom with fitted kitchen area), SE and WC and which offers a solarium area with deckchairs, and furniture offering a magnificent view all around.
    Newly renovated house, in perfect condition (modern furnishings).
    Quiet residential area just 10 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants, and 15 minutes from the beach.
    Callao Salvaje is a large predominantly French-speaking village.

Perfect for us

We had a large group of people (our adult children with their spousees, friends). It was easy to arrenge barbecues to large group, cause there is a large roof terrace. If you are looking for parties and luxury, this is not for you. If you are looking for home with all necessarities, peaceful area and great views, this house is a home for you!

Nicht zufrieden

Vor dem Schreiben dieser Bewertung, fiel mir die Bewertung meines Vorgängers ins Auge und konnte es nicht glauben. Auch wir sind im Feb 23 bestohlen wurden. Es fehlte eine größere Summe Bargeld in den Geldbörsen ( Ausweis ebenfalls alle noch da ) Ich hatte den Verlust mit einem Einkaufsbummel ( und eigner Dämlichkeit ) in Verbindung gebracht... hatte mir aber schon Gedanken gemacht, wie mir Jemand das komplette Bargeld aus der Geldbörse abzieht.... aber ausser Geld nicht weg kommt... Jetzt erscheint allerdings alles in einem neuen Licht.... Beweisen kann ich nichts... unterstellen tue ich natürlich auch nichts.... möge sich jeder seine eignen Gedanken dazu machen. Zur Unterkunft: Möbel in die Jahre gekommen - schlechte Matratzen - Sofa durch...Kaffeemachine braucht 35 Minuten für 6 Tassen... Liegen defekt - Unfallgefahr und noch vieles mehr, was nicht in Ordnung war.... Insgesamt für 2 Wochen nur 2 Handtücher pro Person-das kennen wir anders in Callao... Lage: zwar fast direkt am Meer-aber mit KFZ nicht direkt erreichbar--- für Koffer, Einkäufe sehr umständlich.... Insgesamt viel zu dichte Bebauung...hatten Glück, dass nicht alle Häuser im Umfeld belegt waren... Aber auch so gab es einige schöne Gespräche aus der Nachbarschaft zum zuhören....

Objekt ok, aber leider Diebstahl.

Das angebotene Objekt ist soweit in Ordnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen... Der Hit ist allerdings, das wir in der Nacht vor der Abreise bestohlen wurden. Es wurde das gesamte Bargeld aus den Geldbeuteln mitgenommen. Keine Einbruchspuren, nichts... Also hatten die Einbrecher einen Schlüssel. Nun stellt sich die Frage, wer hat einen?! Kann jeder für sich selbst beantworten... Gott sei dank waren die Ausweise noch da. Deshalb leider keine Empfehlung.

Schön gelegenes Haus mit Schönheitsfehlern

Sehr schöner Außenbereich. Leider innen schon in die Jahre gekommen und durch einen kurzfristigen Wasserschaden in der Küche wurde unser Aufenthalt getrübt. Obwohl es vom Vermieter eine Erstattung gab, war es insgesamt doch etwas enttäuschend, denn die Ausstattung der "Ersatzküche" ließ dann doch zu wünschen übrig und auch der TV-Empfang war anfangs nicht optimal. Allerdings wurde vom Verwalter schnell und gut nachgebessert. Es wäre besser gewesen dies vorher zu prüfen.

El alojamiento esta muy envejecido y con algun que otro problemilla necesita una reforma global. Nos encontramos con varios problemas que a lo cual si hay que felicitar a la immobiliaria por su atencion y resolucion rápida de ellos. El propietario es conciente de ello, por tanto deve actuar.

No he podido relajarme del todo. Había una plaga de hormigas pequeñas por toda la cocina y salón, incluso en el horno. Fue bastante incómodo. La limpieza en general era pésima. Rodamos un sillón buscando un juguete y había suciedad. Me dio tranquilidad tener la piscina privada entera para nosotros.

Resumen

Bastante bien me falta el detalle de que el coche no llega hasta la puerta de la casa y que no tiene aparcamiento para coche .Los que nos han ido a abrir, los caseros muy atentos, pero nos faltaba un poco el idioma para comunicarnos mejor ya que esa zona es más francesa. También el tema de que hay que dejar ventanas y puertas cerradas cada vez que salgas porque entre los balcones de una residencia y otra se salta y parece ser que roban bastante a menudo pero eso los caseros ya te lo avisan con antelación. Por lo demás es recomendable.

Excellent villa in a beautiful setting

The villa is wonderful, the pool was lovely and the location was idyllic for a relaxing holiday. The villa would be perfect with a bit of investment to 'spruce it up a bit' but, apart from that, it is still a fantastic base for a holiday. Parent, the owner, and Catherine, the local representative, were perfect hosts and very accommodating when I requested a slight change in dates due to the availability of flights. Highly recommended.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie

Huset levede helt op til vores forventninger, specielt fordi vi havde dejlig vejr og opholdt os ude alle dagene og aftenerne. Køkkenet fungerede meget fint. sove- og bade mulighederne i stueetagen var gode, men værelset og bad på 1 sal var lidt nedslidt Udlejer var meget venlig og gav os en god service. Håber hun får mange tilfredse kunder. Venligst James Lammert
