Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation as if you were at home. It has 96m2 including the large terrace overlooking Costa Adeje and the island of La Gomera. They have a barbecue at your disposal on the terrace and table and chairs to enjoy your meals outdoors.
The urbanization consists of two swimming pools, with sun beds, where you can cool off on hot days and tan comfortably.
It consists of two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed (1.50 m) and another with two single beds (90 cm), both with large closets. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows and are dressed in fine lingerie. And our guests have double towels for their comfort.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people, flat screen TV, table and 6 chairs to eat and three comfortable seats to rest.
We have a travel cot with sheets and a seat adaptable to the chairs for children under three years.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kitchenware, dishes and cutlery, kettle, toaster, tablecloths.
There is also an automatic washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
There is free WIFI throughout the apartment.
Customers have a free parking space.
The location is very good, it is 5 min. by car from Playa Fañabé which is one of the best beaches in the south of Tenerife. The Aqualand Water Park is 5 min. and the Siam Park (largest water park in Europe) 10 min.
It is also located less than 20 min from 5 great golf courses, making it ideal for all golfers who want to enjoy their favorite sport without spending a fortune on accommodation.
They have the Gran Sur shopping center at 800m, where you can find a large supermarket and a variety of restaurants, cinemas and shops. And the biggest shopping center in Tenerife south, the Siam Mall, is only 10 min.
Reina Sofia Airport is 20 min.
The urbanization is very quiet and suitable for all types of families. Ideal to disconnect and relax.
But at the same time it is only 10 minutes from Las Americas, where you can find all the fun you want.
