It is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the lovely Torviscas Beach and the pleasant promenade. It has individual and private access. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe with a safe and a bathroom en suite. It also has direct access to a small private, sunny terrace overlooking the communal pool. On the ground floor you will find the spacious, modern, American style, well equipped kitchen. It also has a dishwasher and a separate freezer. The large kitchen bar has direct access to the dining room, which has an elegant table and chairs and air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable chaise lounge which can be converted into a double bed if required. The extralarge flat screen TV has Spanish and international channels. Free WI-FI. From the living room, through the large sliding doors, you can access the beautiful and sunny terrace, surrounded by plants. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sunshade. It is an ideal place for sunbathing or for a quiet and romantic dinner. From this terrace, you have direct access to the community garden and the sunny pool solarium. Adjacent to the living room, there is another separate bedroom with a single bed, outside window, built-in wardrobe and TV.Just a few steps away there are two beautiful beaches: Playa Torviscas, one of the largest and most touristy beaches on the Island and Playa de la Pinta, a beautiful golden sand beach ideal for family holidays. The Colón Marina, from where the tourist boats depart to see whales and dolphins, as well as a centre for other water activities such as sport fishing and pleasure boats, is only 8 minutes away from the beach. In the surroundings there is a great variety of shops, pharmacies, restaurants with all kinds of national and international cuisine, bars, supermarkets and shopping centres, where you will find everything you need. It was clean but it needs updating. The furniture in the bedroom looked a bit tired. The shelving in the shower is coming off the wall. Il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bain.Dès le lendemain de notre arrivée il y a eu un bruit permanent causé par des travaux de canalisations dans le jardin, ce qui rendait l'accès à la piscine pratiquement impossible et nous empêchait de rester dans l'appartement. Le soir, c'était pire à cause de la musique diffusée à très haute intensité par les bars et restaurants, jusque tard dans la nuit.Le pire a eu lieu les derniers jours de notre séjour avec un marteau piqueur qui a passé des heures à percer les murs séparant les terrasses des appartements et le jardin de la copropriété.Le gestionnaire a été informé à plusieurs reprises avec envoi de vidéos prouvant les désagréments, et il nous a répondu que le propriétaire ne se sentait pas concerné.Heureusement qu'il a fait beau car nous avons dû rester à l'extérieur de l'appartement la majorité du temps.En résumé, nous aurions souhaité être informés à l'avance des travaux en cours dans la résidence.La moindre des délicatesses du propriétaire aurait été de proposer une réduction sur le montant du séjour de 3 semaines. There is a good public transport service close by and the taxi rank is just a short walk from the property. The apartment is very spacious with a lovely garden with sun loungers and a swing chair. There is also table and chairs for outside eating. It is a short walk to the swimming pool. There are plenty of restaurants shops and supermarkets within a short walking distance from the property.
