Excellent duplex apartment for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, WIFI, air conditioning and parking in a private luxury urbanization (with security) right in Playa Paraíso.

The apartment is all on one floor (ground floor) with 3 bedrooms. It is equipped with 4 beds, a double bed, 2 singles and a trundle bed that can be converted into a double bed. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower, and the other with a bathtub. It has a large terrace with its table and sun loungers.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay:

 Bath and beach towels, sheets, blankets. The final cleaning included in the price.
 Kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, iron and hair dryer.
 Air conditioning, free private WIF
 Private parking included, possibility of an extra seat, only on request.
 Baby crib and chair free of charge, but on request.
 Other extra equipment only on request.

The area is ideal for relaxation and also to go with children. It is a private residential complex, totally enclosed and with private parking spaces. It has:
 3 swimming pools, of which one is heated and children's pool.
 Pool bar open all day where you can eat and dine.
 Common area for games, reading, WIFI, etc.

The urbanization is located in a quiet area. It is recommended to have a car, however, it is only 5 minutes walking from the beach of the Hard Rock Hotel, supermarkets, and a cafeteria. The area connects very well with the rest of the island since only 10 minutes by car are the most tourist areas of the island.

The urbanization is located 5 minutes walk from 2 great beaches, golf course and bus services to Adeje.
