The recently renovated apartment in Costa Adeje is an ideal option to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Tenerife, as well as a starting point to explore the island. It offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The apartment features a spacious and bright bedroom, perfect for resting. Additionally, it has an American kitchen equipped with everything you need. One of the main advantages of this apartment is its spectacular 20 m² terrace with direct sea views, where guests can enjoy the island's warm climate while relaxing outdoors.

Furthermore, the residential complex offers two communal swimming pools with a solarium, ideal for cooling off and sunbathing. Although the pool is not heated, the warm temperatures of the southern part of the island allow it to be enjoyed all year round.

The residential complex is peaceful and street parking is easily available. Additionally, the famous tourist area of Fañabé, Playa de las Américas, and Playa del Duque are just a 10-minute drive away. These areas have beautiful fine sand beaches and a wide variety of leisure options, such as restaurants, bars, and shops.

It is important to note that events or parties are not allowed in this apartment, and guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbors' rest from 22:00 onwards.
