Located in a quiet residential area of Costa Adeje, this ground floor flat is the perfect retreat for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Recently renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences, it offers an unparalleled experience of living in the beautiful Canary Islands.   
  
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a convenient covered parking area, providing security and convenience for your car. Upon entering the flat, you will immediately be struck by the natural light that floods the spaces, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere.   
  
The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished and offer everything you need for a restful sleep. The main room has a comfortable double bed, while the second room has a 160 cm double bed and a single bed, ideal for accommodating families or groups of friends. Both bathrooms are modern and functional, with a shower and, in one of them, a practical bidet.   
  
The kitchen, fully equipped with high quality appliances and cooking utensils, will allow you to prepare tasty meals in complete comfort. Whether it's a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the area or a relaxing dinner under the stars, you'll find everything you need at your disposal.   
  
But the highlight of this flat is the outdoor space. The tastefully furnished patio is the perfect place to enjoy the mild Canarian climate, sipping a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing with a good book in the evening. Next to the patio, you will find a small private garden with a comfortable barbecue, ideal for organising pleasant barbecues with family or friends.   
  
In the communal area of the building, you will be able to cool off and have fun in the communal swimming pool, perfect for swimming and sunbathing during the hot summer days. For the little ones, there is also a paddling pool, where the youngest guests can play safely and have fun.   
  
Bed linen and towels included.   
  
Flexible arrival and departure times, if possible (to be agreed in advance).   
  
For arrivals after 10.30 p.m. extra 20 euro.   
  
For lost keys there is an extra charge of 100 euro per lock change.   
  
The flat is located a couple of km from Siam Park.
