DANGER! Only stay if an Emergency.
Roaches (bugs). No Shower towels. (Had to ask for towels in the room for 2 hours.) This is a 2 star Motel faking as a 3 star Hotel. Very loud with the location. Thin walls and road round about do not mix. Use earplugs just to sleep.

Anyone checking in this hotel need to be carefull. They will scum you by let you check in 30 minutes early then when you check out they will charge you 1 day extra

Good value, excellent location, friendly staff
Trinity hotel is my favorite hotel whenever I am in Addis, which is several times a year. It is very well located, close to the airport and within easy walking distance of shops an restaurants. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This is a relatively small and inexpensive hotel that has been there for many years. Recent expansion and ongoing renovation only makes it better.

Upon arriving at the airport i had a very tough time finding the shuttle bus that was supposed to take me to the hotel despite making prior arrangements. The staff and cleaners are nice with the hotel located at a busy intersection across edna mall with plenty of shops around. The Achilles heel to my experience that lead me to give this hotel a poor review was that a few weeks after my stay i noticed that a white good quality dress shirt and about 2 litres of hand sanitizer that i had brought from Canada were both missing. All of this despite the fact that i consistently tipped staff there. I am disappointed by this and warn all guests to LOCK EVERYTHING UP. Including all of your clothing. I will never return to this hotel and recommend others don't as well. You've been warned.

Good location. Cleaning of surfaces was insufficient. Dust and crumbs on table top. Hotpot did not work. Broken electrical outlets. Food service was slow. Reservations requested was not available. Was not able to get refund on the differrence.

Stay at Trinity Hotel
The place is very clean, food was OK, I had defficult time with the person serving the food he does not understand English to order the food and they need some one at the resturant to understand customer's order Iwas having a problem at the first day with hot water, and the water fill up the tub, they really need to fix this problem when you take a shower meaning the water fill up the the tub but when I called the reseption, they resolved the issue right away. I would like would like to thanks the manager and each one at the reseption Sharon Mehari, Sharon Ghebremivael the night shift crew of outstanding job. Hiwot the morning crew and most of all the cleaning crew Elsa and the beautiful Berhan for their outstand job they do. Thank you everyone for making my stay confort.

The staff where friendly they are hard work people. I like how i felt as a family member. The care and support was beyond my words it was excellent. Also they are made me to feel comfortable .The hospitality that i received was very excellent. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. Also they where respect full me and my family was shown kindness and dedication to make customers happy. Nice hotel, Nice location
I enjoyed my stay at the Trinity Hotel. The location was perfect about 15 minutes to the airport and in a lively area of Addis near two malls. Lots of restaurants/food options within walking distance as well as bars and nightlife. The hotel itself is very well appointed. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Lots of plugs for electronics though the wifi was better in the lobby than in my room. They have a nice bar and coffee shop in the lobby as well, and a restaurant on the first floor. The walls are adorned with really interesting artwork. I took several pictures. Again, a very nice stay at the hotel.

Perfect location, cross Edna mall. I visit Addis Ababa every two years, there is a lot of changes going on. Very high raises buildings. Edna mall is become the new center for visitors and the locals. Trinity hotel is just cross Edna mall with very reasonable prices, around 30 dollars per night.

I've stayed here several times. The rooms are ok, cleanliness is good. They have a free breakfast that is alright. Location is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. They let me keep some of my luggage there. What I didnt like is typical, some of the electrical outlets don't work so you can only charge so many things at a time. Some of the lights don't work. In the cheaper rooms the bathrooms are clean but so small that its hard to get in and out with the inward opening door. And the big thing I have to complain about is they don't pick you up at the airport even though they say they will. I advise not waiting around wasting time looking for their van. They even send you an email asking what time your flight gets in which makes you think they will be there to pick you up, but its not happening. Just get a cab. Its only about a 5 minute drive to the hotel from the airport but you have to deal with cabs that want to rip you off for double the price or more. They are very good at giving you a ride TO the airport though.

Stayed for 10 nights and had a lovely experience. The staff was friendly, manager was approachable. The hotel is accessible to many things/places and staffs are always there if you need anything. The lobby being accessible to not only the customers staying at the hotel really creates a nice atmosphere and 24 hour security at the door made me love it even more. Room service was excellent the staffs really work hard.

The hotel location is good for access to the the city and airport,otherwise the cleanliness and services is not that much. Employees have good smile and friendly..... Not sure if I go back again....

The staff were very friendly but things got lost in translation, the cafe downstairs served great coffee and Cake. The restaurant undercooked everything, so we didn’t eat there after 2 days, Expedia needed to explain continental breakfast better on there website, to us Europeans it was odd everyday. I paid for fast internet but only got 2mb at most, disappointing, mattress was to hard managed to get it changed but still hard, gave me a bruised hip. The tv was meant to have cable tv, I explained this 3 times, but never was changed, the tv was terrible, hardly watchable. A shame The view was very good from my room. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars, needs to improve to attract move guests.
