All bedrooms with bespoke fitted wardrobes with two bedrooms exhibiting ensuite bathrooms. Ground floor living room & a kitchen fitted with modern cabinets as well as additional top floor family room connected to large balcony. Facilities: Parking, Living room, Balcony x2 , Service room Living Room x2 The main downstairs living room is spacious in size and is furnished with 3 large comfy sofas, a coffee table, and an HD Smart TV. There is a dining table space that can seat up to 4 guests. There is an additional living room/family room on the top floor that is furnished with a sofa and offers a spectacular park view from the large family balcony. Kitchen & Utility The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven and hobs. The kitchen offers an additional dining area that can seat up to 4 guests on the kitchen island. In addition, there is also a second kitchen with an additional hob, oven, washing machine and sink which acts as a large utility room. Bedrooms & Bathroom The house offers 5 bedrooms in total, each furnished with queen and double size beds and bespoke fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 are located on the first floor. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the third floor. The house offers five bathrooms in total, each fitted with a bathtub or a shower. Bathrooms 1, 2, 3 and 6 are located on the first floor. Bathrooms 4 and 5 are located on the second floor. In addition, there are 2 guest toilets at your disposal, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
