Grand Eliana Hotel Conference & Spa
Rooms were neglected . Hotel itself is depressing. Staff is unhelpful. Bell boy telling me he make 20 usd a month and that i should tip him. Every room he attempted to give me had issyes. Safety included. Lunch was 1500 birr and they were putting it away. Bad enough options were minimum

Staff is amazing! They upgraded me to better room, brought hot water and tea when my daughter wasn’t feeling well and responded to all of our needs. More importantly, they stored our luggage when we went to Kenya and when we returned they kindly brought the tb the airport and waited because security ...
