Hotel personnel were very well trained; They were highly professional, and sincerely courteous. Ms. Tugce in the reception, Mr. Bedri, Mr. Tamer and Ms. Nilgün in the restaurant were some of the stars I contacted often, but overall it was like an all star team. Congratulations for the management!

The Adana Hilton is a fantastic hotel with great staff. It is a bit out of the town, like the Sheraton. However I did pay top dollar for the accommodation and it did not include breakfast. In fact I paid more than I did for the Istanbul Conrad which is a superior hotel.

An amazing hotel that is centrally located...loved everything in it.. Room size good..food excelenet.. Best hotel in Adana
We had a great experience from beginning to end! Check in was quick and the staff was super friendly and spoke English very well. The beds are comfortable and not too hard like some beds tend to be. Beautiful views from the river side room. Yummy breakfast buffet and prompt room service with nice food options. We would stay here if we visit Adana again!

It was a lovely stay spent at the Adana Hilton SA. Overall, I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights, through other bookings. The staff was sweet and attentive, the hotel food was delicious, and the Turkish bath experience was really nice. The pool needs some upgrade though.
