The bunkhouse sleeps two, has great WiFi, a desk, a streaming TV, a bathroom with toilet, a new enclosed, private outdoor shower (with changing space & loads of hot water), & a kitchenette area with a sink toaster oven, microwave & coffee maker. A HUGE, new private deck in the trees with lake views has a gas grill, outdoor table & outdoor furniture.

Guests seeking to dock their own boat must seek prior approval. There is an additional $200 fee for the entire stay for personal boat docking.

House trained, well behaved pet dogs considered. Cleaning fee and nonrefundable pet fee will be charged per rental and assume a 1 week rental. Rental longer than 1 week will require additional cleaning fee and greater nonrefundable pet fee, depending on length of stay.
