"Soggiorno gradevole grazie a vari aspetti positivi della struttura. Personale disponibile, parcheggio comodissimo, ottimo cibo e piscine per tutti i gusti, oltre ad altre comodità per rilassarsi. Inevitabile (ma non ha creato problemi) che in una struttura in mezzo alle colline non ci sia la comodità di fare una passeggiata a piedi nei dintorni. "
"We stayed for just one night in the "Lu Magazzi". It was a beautiful room and looked like it had been very recently built. Everything was spotlessly clean and new. We enjoyed the breakfast with all the home produced products. We particularly loved the Torta di noci (Walnut cake). The owner provided helpful suggestions on nearby places to eat - all a short drive away in the next village. Such an idilic quiet place to stay if you are exploring the Sibilini mountains. "Property was not as listed on the site. No WiFi, towels and bed linens were not provided, cleanliness was subpar, and a cash payment was demanded upon arrival. Check-in and check-out processes were unclear. "

"Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed.
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche.
The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties.
This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well.
The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back!
