This home has an optional car, WiFi, a gourmet kitchen. It's secured with 24/7 security and a friendly housekeeper. It’s conveniently located in West Trasacco, a serene neighborhood in the East Legon vicinity close to many shops and restaurants.

Location:
Palms Garden is about 20-25 minutes’ drive from the Kotoka International Airport in Accra with easy access to the freeway leading to Liberation Road.

Guest(s) comfort:
There is a driver and car option at a separate cost . At an additional cost the host can organize many conveniences such as home service hair braiding, massages and many more.

Private cook services can be arranged upon request at an additional cost. For consistency, safety, and service quality, meal preparation at the home is provided exclusively by our trusted recommended cook.

Living, dining and bar area:
The open plan living, dining and bar area is great for families and friends to relax. There is a 75-inch smart QLED TV with cable access, or one can login with their Netflix account. There is a Bluetooth sound bar for seamless streaming of music and audio from various devices.

The backyard:
Lush greenery lines the perimeter of the backyard, creating a private retreat where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The pool is the focal point of the space. Whether you are barbecuing, enjoying a peaceful evening swim under the stars, or simply unwinding with a good book by the water's edge, this backyard oasis provides the perfect setting for creating lasting memories and enjoying the beauty of outdoor living.

Kitchen:
The well-equipped gourmet kitchen with an AC unit keeps one cool and refreshed. The spacious kitchen has a granite top island and can comfortably seat 4 people. There are many appliances such as a gas cooker/electric oven, washing machine, Dryer, dish washer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Philips Air-fryer, cookware and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. Alternatively, guests can order in from restaurants and make use of the dinnerware.

Security and services:
In addition to the security guard, electric fences are in place. The housekeeper is available between 8am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays, and Saturdays 8am- 2pm. She is unavailable on Sundays. The gardener and the pool cleaner come in twice a week to tend to the garden and the pool.

Living room 2:
Living room 2 also known as ‘The Den’ is a versatile space and measures up to 25sqm. It has a 50-inch smart TV. Indoor games such as giant Jenga, Uno and many more are provided.

With four cozy bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, everyone can enjoy privacy and a peaceful night's rest. Each bedroom has an AC unit and a smart TV.
