Since the house sits on a corner lot, you will need to turn down the side road next to the house to park and also to enter the house. • OUTDOOR • The home has an open deck area and a backyard with outdoor furniture, grill, firepit, and outdoor shower • SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES • The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. • OTHER AMENITIES • The home comes with a dishwasher, hot water heater, high-speed internet access via Spectrum, a hairdryer, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps. We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests: \- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000. \- Pets allowed with permission and reservation.
