We kindly ask you to make responsible use of the air conditioning, do not forget to turn it off when leaving the property. Any damage related to the property (whites, electrical appliances, furniture, walls, etc.) will have a penalty for the cost of repair. We provide bath and pool towels so you can pack light! The noise level should be reduced between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Parties are not accepted. Pool: The swimming pool is a shared area of the condo. The rules are next to all common areas, for safety reasons, it is important that you please read them carefully and respect them. Here are the most important points: Respect the operation hours. Please take a bath before entering the pool to avoid muddying the water with hygiene and beauty products. For safety, the use of any glass or metal item is not allowed inside the pool and surroundings. It is forbidden to eat, drink or smoke inside the pool. Parties are not allowed. Reduce the noise level to avoid disturbing other guests and ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. Avoid running, pushing or playing dangerous games inside the pool or its surroundings. Diving is prohibited. The use of a swimsuit is mandatory for children and adults. In the case of babies or small children, they should use a special water diaper.
